Ten Week Titan is built for people whose work demands elite fitness—law enforcement, military, rescue, and tactical operators. You need a strong baseline to complete the program. If you're unsure where you stand, start with the free readiness test video; finishing it is a solid sign you can handle the plan.

You'll need attachable weights (for rucking and resistance work). Training takes place across different locations: a swimming pool, outdoor workout parks, and open terrain. Check each day's workout in the app so you can bring the right gear and show up at the right place.

Plan for about four hours per session. Total time can vary with the workout and your setup, but four hours is the realistic average.

Download the app and purchase access through the Titan Pass (€4.99 per week). You pay week by week as you progress, no need to buy all ten weeks upfront. Weeks you've purchased stay in your account and remain available when you're ready to train them.
